You should talk with Craig Rice and have the membership form so it can be downloaded and printed from the forum as we have in the past. It certainly makes it a lot more simpler just in case you don't have correct addresses for your mailing. I have several new members joining CMDR for 2013 and they would have access to viewing the application and mailing to the club's address. Just a thought !

Swede, It is available fromt the home page. It is the fifth item it just has 2012 not 2013. Everything else is correct. Thanks.
I will talk with Mike Sawyer and see if he can change the application online for me.
